- International Delivery: Currently, we do not ship outside the UAE, but stay tuned for updates as we expand.

Exchange or Return of Goods
Your satisfaction is our priority at Bulbul! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, our return policy ensures you have a hassle-free process to return or exchange your products.
Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance items.
- Personalized products.
- Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.
- A receipt proving the fact of purchase in the BulBul online store;
- warranty card (If Applicable);
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at returns@bulbul.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will arrange a pickup from your address or you can drop it off at our designated location.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the return has been approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product), the shipping fee will be covered by Bulbul.
- For all other returns, the customer will bear the return shipping fee of AED 17.5.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, contact us at support@bulbul.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you before arriving. If you miss the delivery, a reattempt will be scheduled.
If your order has not been shipped yet, you may request an address change by contacting our support team as soon as possible.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
